Ordering and support
How do I request help or a quote?+

Use the contact form and include the product type, quantity, artwork status, numbering needs, deadline, and shipping location if known. If you are not sure what you need yet, send what you know and we will help narrow it down.

Can I request custom parking permits?+

Yes. Planet Permit can help with custom parking permits, adhesive decals, hanging tags, visitor permits, resident permits, staff permits, hard hat or safety decals, and other custom sticker-style needs.

What if I am not sure which product type I need?+

That is fine. Tell us how the permit or decal will be used, where it will be placed, how many you need, and whether you need numbering or variable data. We can help point you toward a practical option.

Can I reorder later?+

Yes. For reorders, include any prior order details, product names, artwork files, numbering ranges, or notes about what should stay the same and what should change.

Artwork and files
Do I need print-ready artwork?+

Print-ready artwork is helpful, but it is not always required to start the conversation. You can send a logo, image, rough file, or description and we can review what is usable.

What file types are best?+

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF are usually best for logos and clean print work. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work depending on the product and artwork quality.

Can you help if I only have a low-resolution image?+

Usually we can review it and explain the options. Low-resolution files may need cleanup, rebuild, or replacement before they are ready for production.

Can you work with numbering or variable data?+

Yes. If the product needs permit numbers, unit numbers, dates, staff IDs, color groups, or other variable information, mention that early and include any data format you have.

Production and shipping
How long does production take?+

Timing depends on product type, quantity, artwork readiness, proofing needs, and current workload. We confirm timing after reviewing the project details.

Can I request a rush order?+

Mention the deadline as early as possible. Rush timing depends on the product, artwork readiness, quantity, and schedule availability.

Will I receive tracking?+

When tracking is available, shipping details are shared after the order ships.

What shipping details should I provide?+

Include the destination address, needed-by date, receiving notes, and whether partial shipments are acceptable if the order is large or time-sensitive.
