Shipping information

How delivery is quoted, when production happens, and how to follow your package.

Step 1
Delivery is quoted at checkout
Enter your shipping address and we fetch live carrier rates for your package. You choose the service and see the cost before you pay.
Step 2
Production comes before transit
Custom permits are printed after your order and artwork are confirmed. Production time is separate from the carrier's transit time shown on the quote.
Step 3
Tracking lives on your order
When your permits ship, the tracking number and carrier appear on the order page and in your order history. Open the order to follow it.

Good to know

Shipping cost and tax are calculated from your shipping address, so they appear after you enter it.
A delivery estimate on the quote is the carrier's estimate from the ship date, not a guaranteed date.
Check the shipping address on the review step. Changes after a label is printed need support.
If a package is delayed or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and we will work it with the carrier.
